A Gothic water castle from 1480. one of newest Czech castles. Ingenious water fortification was destroyed by order of Ferdinand III. after the Thirty Years War. Parts of the castle were turned into a granary and the object fell into a state of disrepair. Gothic sculptures and murals from the 16th cent have been preserved h the chapel and several rooms. After 1945 the castle was restored and open to the public.

Goticky vodni hrad z r. 1480, jeden z nejmladsich ceskych hradu. Na stavbe a dumyslnem vodnim opevneni se podilel i stavitel B. Ried (1505), jeho opevneni bylo zniceno z prikazu Ferdinanda III. po tricetilete valce. Casti hradu byly premeneny na sypku a cely objekt chatral. V kapli a nekolika mistnostech se dochovaly goticke plastiky a nastenne malby ze 16. stol. Po r. 1945 byl hrad renovovan a zpristupnen, byly sem preneseny kazetove stropy a umistena naznakova instalace vybaveni.
