Matyáš hrabe Gallas (ital. Matthias di Gallasso, nem. Matthias Graf von Gallas zum Schloß Campo und Freyenthurn, 17. ríjna 1588 v Trentu – 25. dubna 1647 ve Vídni) byl císarský generál za tricetileté války.

Od roku 1618 bojoval ve službách katolické Ligy, v roce 1629 prešel z bavorských do císarských služeb. Po Valdštejnove zavraždení dostal v roce 1634 jeho frýdlantské panství a po úspešné bitve u Nördlingen svereno mu nejvyšší velení nad císarskou armádou. Složil je 1639, znovu prevzal v roce 1643 a podržel až do konce roku 1644.
