Lázne Kundratice is situated in the lower part of Osecná, southwest of Liberec. It is probably the oldest spa in Czechia. In 1880 Josef Schwan built here a small house with two baths and used local peat for bathing.

These days Lázne Kundratice provide procedures affecting the following diseases: rheumatic arthritidis, Morbus Bechterev, vertebral functional defects (blockages), chronic discal syndromes and after-operating states after operation of spinal discs, arthritis, spondylosis, spondylarthritis, defected locomotive stereotypes, muscle rheumatism, diseases of muscles, tendons this all of the inflammatory, toxic and traumatic origin.

Lázne Kundratice vznikly jako soucást Osecné roku 1881 a patrí mezi jedny z nejstarších lázní v Cechách, ve kterých se používá jako prírodní lécivý zdroj slatina.

Zakladatelem Lázní Kundratice byl místní podnikatel Josef Schwan, který zde objevil bohatá rašelinište. V roce 1933 byly lázne považovány za jedny z nejmodernejších v naší republice. Jsou vzdáleny 20 km od Liberce.

Poloha lécebny využívá príznivé klimatické podmínky Ještedského pohorí, které chrání Lázne Kundratice pred studenými severovýchodními vetry. Krajina kolem lécebny je bohatá na borové lesy, háje, luka a rybníky. Lázne Kundratice poskytují svým hostum procedury, které pusobí velice príznive pri následujících onemocneních: rheumatická arthritida, Morbus Bechterev, funkcní poruchy pátere (blokády pátere), chronické ploténkové syndromy a stavy po operaci plotének, arthrosy, spondylosy, spondylarthrosy, porušené pohybové stereotypy, svalový rheumatismus, onemocnení svalu, šlach a povázek, a to zánetlivého, toxického i traumatického puvodu. Mimo tato onemocnení je možné príznive ovlivnit i pridružená onemocnení typu hyperurikemie, vysokého krevního tlaku, ischemické choroby dolních koncetin, cukrovky, a podobne.
