First Baptist Church (formerly known as Negro Baptist Church and Elm St Baptist Church) is a historic structure in West Baden, IN. It was built in 1920 but church meeting was established in 1909.

The church is at the intersection of Elm St and Sinclair St. It is currently vacant. The land for the church was donated by Lee Sinclair, who was the owner of the West Baden Springs Hotel. He wanted the church built for the workers of the hotel.

The church was open until 1991, when the congregation membership dropped to 1 member.

The church is listed for sale for redevelopment.
