On the opposite side of the parking lot from the American Legion building, post 357, is a collection of monuments, flags, brick, benches, a tank, bushes, trees, stones.

The larger is not the veterans memorial but a memorial to the American legion, the smaller circle to the right is the war memorial. The "park" itself is a war memorial. The two benches are a 9-11 memorial to firemen and police.

Description of Memorial: There is collection of monuments, flags, brick, benches, a tank, bushes, trees, stones. The larger is not the veterans memorial but a memorial to the American legion, its commanders, members and auxiliary (except for the pedestal). To the right of the larger circle dedicated to the legion is a war memorial. There is a brick walkway to a large black monument listing most of the major wars and the local men who died in them. To the side are two more stones, one to a specific individual, Larry Barnard, who died in Panama and a stone for the Vietnam veterans.
