Viliam Debnár (1938–1968), zastrelený sovetskými vojáky v srpnu 1968.
Pametní deska byla umístena pri silnici poblíž Zetoru v roce 1991.

Pametní deska je ctvercová ve tvaru cs. vlajky, bronzová, umístena na kamenné podložce, v klínu vlajky rytý text:
"V techto místech byl 21. srpna 1968 zastrelen Viliam Debnár 9.11.1938"

Jednou z obetí srpnové okupace v Brne byl tehdy tricetiletý Viliam Debnár, pracovník elektrické údržby lisovny Zetoru. Když 21. srpna 1968 hlásil rozhlas, že naši republiku okupují armády peti zemí, rozhodl se okamžite odvést domu do Hostenic svého petiletého synka, který trávil prázdniny na chate své tety. Pri zpátecní ceste bylo Brno už plne obsazeno okupacními sovetskými vojsky. Pred závodem ZKL v Líšni chteli vojáci vuz Viliama Debnára zastavit, ale on nereagoval okamžite na jejich výzvy a zacal brzdit príliš pozde. Tríštivé kulky proletely zadním oknem vozidla, zasáhly Viliama Debnára do zad a ten na míste zemrel.
Strelba pokracovala a díte muselo zustat v aute se svým mrtvým otcem. Vojáci stríleli i na privolanou sanitku. Nakonec se chlapci podarilo vybehnout z auta a najít útocište u lidí z cihelny. Sovetští vojáci položili mrtvého na zem, prohledali celé auto, rozházeli veci vcetne detského oblecení, ukradli náprsní tašku s doklady, klíce od auta, náradí a fotoaparát. Všechny odcizené veci krome klícu a penez vrátil pozdeji rodine sovetský vojenský prokurátor. Po dukladné prohlídce naložili vojáci telo Viliama Debnára zpet do vozidla a teprve potom umožnili príjezd sanitce, která mrtvého odvezla do nemocnice a chlapce domu do Hostenic.
Proti tomuto otresnému cinu chtela o nekolik dní pozdeji protestovat u velitele sovetských vojsk v Brne gen. Ivanova sestra zavraždeného V. Debnára, Anna Koudelková - Debnárová, bývala príslušnice 1. cs. partyzánské brigády Jana Žižky a nositelka mnoha ceskoslovenských a sovetských rádu a vyznamenání. Generál jí však pres puvodní slib, daný predtím delegaci KNV, neprijal, pouze dustojník jeho štábu A. Koudelkové tvrdil, že její bratr fotografoval postavení sovetské jednotky, na výzvu nereagoval a chtel ujet, voják prý míril na pneumatiky.
Pohreb Viliama Debnára se konal 28. srpna 1968 v Brne a úcastnila se ho pouze rodina a nekolik nejbližších prátel. Presto bylo brnenské krematorium obstoupeno vojáky a tanky. Vdovu po zemrelém, paní Marii Debnárovou, nekolikrát povolali na Bratislavskou ulici, kde ji vyslýchali ruští vyšetrovatelé. Petiletý syn se dlouho nemohl vzpamatovat z nervového otresu.
Po roce 1989 byl na míste tragické strelby odhalen bronzový pomník ve tvaru cs. vlajky umístený na kamenné podložce. Dnes leží pametní deska bez povšimnutí úplne ztracená v okolní neudržované zeleni.

The memorial plaque is a square-shaped MS. flag, bronze, stone placed on the mat, surrounded by the flags engraved text:

One of the victims of Soviet occupation in Brno was then the Thirty Years' Viliam Debnár, electrical maintenance worker mill Zetor. August 21, 1968 when the radio reported that our country occupying armies of five countries decided to immediately divert house to Hostenice his five-year old son, who spent the holidays at his aunt's hut. On the way back, Brno was already fully occupied by the occupying Soviet troops. Before the race ZKL in Lisen wanted vuz troops of Viliam Debnár stop, but he did not respond immediately to the challenges and started to brake too late. After a thorough inspection of the soldiers loaded the body Viliam Debnár back into the vehicle and then allow Arrival ambulance that took the dead to the hospital and the boy home to Hostenice.
Against this appalling deed wanted a few days later to protest the commander of Soviet forces in Brno gen. Ivanova V. Debnár murdered sister, Anna Koudelková - Debnárová, former members of the first cs. guerrilla brigade Jan Zizka and bearer of many Czechoslovak and Soviet orders and decorations. But her general over the original promise given before the delegation CDF, has not received the only officer of his staff A. Koudelková claimed that her brother photographed the position of the Soviet troops, did not respond to a call and wanted to travel, a soldier allegedly aimed at the tires.
Viliam Debnár funeral was held on August 28, 1968 in Brno, and attended by only family and a few close friends. Presto was the Brno crematorium obstoupeno soldiers and tanks. Widow of the deceased, Mrs. Mary Debnárová, several times called on the streets of Bratislava, where he was interrogated by Russian investigators. Five-year son for a long time could not recover from nervous shock.
After 1989, was the site of the tragic shootings unveiled a bronze monument in the shape cs. flag hanging on the stone surface. Today is a memorial plaque unnoticed completely lost in the surrounding countryside unkempt.
