Description of Memorial:
This is a memorial in Kirkwood Veterans River Park. It is by the Susquehanna River. There are benches, shrubs, flags, plaques. There is a brick walkway in a spoke pattern with stones around the brick. The plaques are on stones around the outside of the circle. The shrubs are behind the plaques. The flags are at one end toward the Susquehanna River. The benches face the flags and the river. There are bricks in front of the benches.
