"The sharpest building in town

Its shape marks the Triangle Building as one of Denver's most iconic new structures. It will serve as both a city landmark and a tribute to the potential of what an office space can be. Implementing the most progressive design strategies and innovative technology, the Triangle Building will create the best possible working environment for its tenants—maximizing light, efficiency, flexibility and magnificent views. Its fresh, futuristic take on an architectural classic will provide unmistakable visibility while becoming an integral part of the downtown landscape.

More Glass

The building's unique shape provides 20% more window offices than a traditional office building, allowing for more light throughout and expansive views.

Oversized glass windows will allow for plenty of sunlight and natural warmth, while the overall building construction will feature the most efficient combination of glass and metal to minimize energy usage.

The energy angle

Every aspect of the design will incorporate innovative energy strategies and building techniques to maximize comfort and minimize waste.

Not only will the project will be seeking LEED Gold certification for implementing practical and measurable green building design, construction, operations and maintenance, every building in the neighborhood will be built green.

Office space and parking

The ten-story, 200,000-plus square foot office building will include 9 stories of office space, 10,000 square feet of street-level retail space and two floors of underground parking. For ease of access, the building will have two entrances—one on 16th Street and one on Wewatta, allowing occupants to walk directly into LoDo and visitors to be dropped off easily.

Proximity to Union Station and the 16th Street Mall shuttle allows employees to easily commute to and from the building.
The parking ratio will be one stall per 1,000 sq. ft. of office space." (from (visit link) )
