Had seating for 600. At one time it had a sign that said it was "The Eagle's Nest - Worship Center". The sign has since been removed.

Appears to be vacant. No "For Sale" sign. The name "Iris Theater" is a ghost sign. You can barely make it out on the white column at the front of the building.
