Eureka Cinema
The one story symmetrical theater resting on a concrete block foundation has a flat roof with a recessed entry with two pairs of glass and metal doors and a ticket window on the recessed south facade. How the theater looked in 1986
From the best of my search, it closed in 1990. In 1992 it was converted into a bar and grill which closed around 2005. Been vacant for the most part since. Used once in a while for wedding receptions and large meetings.
Not sure when the mural was painted, or by who. Not shown on the mural.
The scene is circa 1947 with two kids buying tickets others waiting as kids wait, petting dogs, drinking a Coke
