There is plenty of parking around the square, and this benchmark is very easy to locate. The disk is underneath the eastern arch at the north entry to the courthouse. Be sure to turn around 180 degrees to see the Royal Theater, featured in "The Last Picture Show." For that matter, the book/movie's author, Larry McMurtry, has a bookstore, "Booked Up," that you can visit just down the block from this historic courthouse.
