This trailhead is the only official entrance to an extensive trail system around the Las Sendas community in Mesa, Arizona. The trailhead is just North of the intersection of Hawes Road and Teton Circle. The trail rises sharply from this point, moving between numerous mansions, into the Usery Mountains.

This is a hiking and biking trail. Dogs are welcome. It is an upper Sonoran desert trail so their are no facilities for snow based recreation.


Trail type: The trail is composed of native granite and crushed granite as these are the stone types typical of the area.
