Hofmannové z Grünbühelu (nebo také Hoffmannové z Grunpuchlu, z Grynpihlu, z Grünpichlu), ceský šlechtický rod, puvodem ze Štýrska, v cechách od 16. století. Vzestup rodu zajistil Jan Hofmann (1492 – 1564), dedicný hofmistr ve Štýrsku a dedicný maršálek v Rakousích. 1540 povýšen do panského stavu. Vlastnili statky v Cechách a na Morave (Grabštejn, Janovice, Želiv). Znacné ztráty utrpeli pri pobelohorských konfiskacích. Rod vymrel 1730.

Ferdinand byl presidentem komory dvorské a držel Janovice na Morave od r. 1586, v Cechách pak Grabštejn.
