The double storey, heritage listed Leederville Fire Station on McCourt Street was built in 1926 and opened in 1927. It replaced fire stations that were operating in nearby Kimberley Street, and in Rokeby Road, Subiaco. The facility was used until the Daglish Fire Station was opened in 1964, and it was sold to private owners in 1965.
