"Yihong Cai, 22, moved to the Binghamton area three years ago from New York City and enrolled at SUNY Broome...Bangkok Thai Cuisine, a restaurant opened July 17 at 1550 Vestal Parkway East, inside the Parkway Row Plaza. He is also the restaurant’s chief cook, and prides himself on the unique menu — available for dine-in, take-out and delivery — he's assembled from his own recipes.
