As my father worked in stainless steel many years of his life I was interested in the road-side art, but then realised that they are bike racks outside the Albion Hotel in Parramatta.
The seem to be very secure. And there is always patrons (in early hours of evening) outside enjoying 'a could one' that would also deter would-be thieves.
There are also some bike-paths along the Parramatta River; with obviously drinking water (or beer) available at the Albion Hotel, with restrooms, but I can't seem to select multiple suitable categories.
