The Oliver Skate Board Park was built by volunteers in 1998 in memory of Joel Michael Waines who was 16 when he passed away.

The skate park is concrete with the following features:
Mini ramp, banks, down rails, hubbas, manny pad, pyramid and flat bars
The day we visited it was rainy and the park was empty at the time.
