The McCullough-Price house is a 1938 Pueblo Revival style house from Chandler's agricultural past. The door is original to the house. The door surround is of painted granite with inset tile with petroglyphic style figures. The stone pediment is of Neoclassical design with an engraved thunderbird. The door itself is art deco. The door is now stained a rich cherry wood color retaining the Pueblo design flair.
