An extensive web search turned up no useful information on this church (just the couple dozen "locator-type" pages that want to tell you how to get to it!). It is just a point on the topographic maps. It looks like its last usage was as of a house, since there are curtains in the windows. But it is clearly abandoned.
We don't know its denomination, when it was built, or when it was last used as a church.
There is no steeple. It may have been removed, or some denominations don't use steeples (such as the "dunkers").
Based on the placement of the windows and doors, the building may have served two purposes, as was so common in this area: a school during the week, and a union church on Sunday. A union church is one where itinerant preachers of different denominations spoke each week at the church in a round-robin schedule.
