Did not ring or chime, but kept moving.
Simple face on the clock, with four faces around the short tower and common black pointing hands
This is the University of Mississippi town, and the square was full of students and staff even on my visit.
Built 1864, burnt by Union troops, re-built 1872, and additions a restoration in 1903 and modernized inside and retoried the outside in 2008
