EN: The two-storey residential building with a steep gabled roof is located at Kirchgasse in Ziefen.
I could not find any detailled information. The facade is typical of the Gothic tradition. It probably dates from the 16th century. In the 19th century the house was inhabited by makers of passamenterie, who created silk ribbons and other decorative woven fabrics in homework; a widespread activity in this area.

Genaue Informationen konnte ich nicht finden. Die Fassade ist typisch für die gotische Bautradition. Es dürfte aus dem 16. Jahrhundert stammen. Im 19. Jahrhundert wurde das Haus von Posamentern bewohnt, die in Heimarbeit Seidenbänder und andere Ziertextilien webten; eine weitverbreitete Tätigkeit in dieser Gegend.
