In Belfast, at the terminal of the Belfast and Moosehead Lake Scenic Railroad, is this depot with signs saying City Point.
The location is on Oak Hill Road about 2 miles from the center of Belfast. From U.S. Route 1, take exit toward Maine Route 7, turn left onto High Street, and continue on Oak Hill Road to the museum on the right.
The station is a simple wooden structure with a peaked roof. The structure is painted grey - light grey on the upper part and a dark grey streak along the bottom.
The Brooks Preservation Society mentions two stations that they have acquired - the Brooks Station and the City Point Station. Based on the sign on this station, I am calling this the City Point station. The scenic railroad's eastern terminus was moved to here in 2013. The smaller structure similarly painted is the section house.
The Belfast and Moosehead Lake Scenic Railroad/Brooks Preservation Society is open seasonally, though the station is easily visible from the road. The inside is open when the museum is open.
