This large stone sculpture depicts an owl in a very stark fashion.... just the evocation of an owl's body shape and large eyes. This website (visit link) indicates that the title is "Owls" which suggest that there are two or more...but only this single one was observed. The artist is Bronislaw Chromy and it is dated 1961.
