"Marlboro County Rescue (MCR) is the primary provider of Emergency Medical Services for Marlboro County, South Carolina. MCR is a non-profit EMS/Rescue Service that provides Advanced Life Support Emergency Medical Service to the citizens of and visitors to Marlboro County through an Enhanced 911 system 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
Serving a population of 29,000 people, MCR operates from 4 different locations in the county, staffing 4 Advanced Life Support ambulances and 1 Basic Life Support ambulance daily. We respond to over 5000 calls each year."
