Description of Memorial: This memorial is in Wisner Park downtown Elmira. It is on cement at the edge of a walkway. There are three grey stones. The center stone has the dedication with an eagle with outstretched wings above it. The two stones, one on each side list those killed. There are two urns with poinsettias.
