This one-story fieldstone building is located at 507 S Baker Street. The fenestration consists of three one-over-one double hung windows on the southern end of the west facade. The entry door is wood with a glass upper. A small canvas canopy extends over the entryway. To the left of the entryway is a small plaque that reads:

There is another one-over-one window on north end of the west facade. There is a single course of stone and a small decorative metal cap on the cornice.
