"Bas-relief plaque mounted on a stele. Bas-relief depicts figures of a sitting soldier; a kneeling soldier holding a rifle in his extended proper right arm; and at center, another soldier sitting on ground with knees crossed and his proper right arm resting on knees holding an object. Above and behind the soldiers is an angel with large outstretched wings, holding a branch in proper left hand and a pointed down sword in proper right hand. An anchor is resting in one lower corner of the plaque and a cannon is in the other lower corner."
