A tribute to Immigrants of Ybor City - Steve Dickey's first statue commissioned in 1991 - A larger than life figurative bronze sculpture standing on a polished pink marble plinth. Dedicated to those courageous Men and Women who came to this Country in search of personal freedom, economic opportunity and a future of hope for their families. Honouring & naming two of the oldest living Immigrants still residing in the Tampa area. Unveiled on May 31,1992 in Cenntennial Park in front of the Ybor City State Museum.
