This bell tower is placed above a Presbyterian church. The bell is in the next to the top story of the tower. The tower begins with the first floor of the church with a tiled roof. Above that is a short section of pink stucco supporting the bell section. They are separated by a line of light tan stucco curbing. The section containing the bell is of pink stucco. The bell shows through an arched window surrounded by white edging. Atop the bell section is a smaller cupola surmounted by a tile roof.
