L'accès aux quelques 3 km de sentiers sur les terrains municipaux est ouvert. L'entrée se fait par la halte du bois-de-Ste-Dorothée sur la rue des Pivoines, dans le prolongement du boulevard de l'Hôtel de Ville. Pendant la saison hivernale un sentier de raquettes de 3 km est aménagé pour le plaisir de toute la famille!
Dans la forêt en on a recensé: 135 espèces d'oiseaux, 14 espèces d'amphibiens et de reptiles, 7 espèces de chauves-souris et des mammifères de grande taille comme le castor, le coyote et le cerf de Virginie.
Ce panneau d'information est situé à une courte distance de l'entrée.

On reconnaît le Cardinal rouge, la Sitelle a poitrine blanche, la Mésange a tête noir, le Geai bleu le Pic chevelu et d'autres.
Ce panneau est installé près de plusieurs mangeoires de nourritures pour les oiseaux. Elles sont fixés sur un fil de fer avec poulie aux extrémités pour faciliter le remplissage. Imaginez la faciliter a les identifier tout en les observant de près, belles initiations à l'ornithologie.

Access to some 3 km trails on municipal property is opened. The entrance is through the halt wood-de-Ste-Dorothée street Peony, following the City Hall Boulevard. During the Winter Season One 3 km snowshoe trail is laid out for the pleasure of the whole family!
In the forest there were 135 species of birds, 14 species of amphibians and reptiles, 7 species of bats and large mammals such as beaver, coyotes and deer.

It recognizes the Cardinal, the White-breasted Nuthatch has the Chickadee has black head, the Blue Jay Hairy Woodpecker and others.
This panel is installed near several feeders of food for birds. They are fixed on a wire pulley with the ends for easy filling. Imagine the ease to identify while closely observing, beautiful initiations to ornithology.
