What was once a plain brick clock tower was upgraded in 2011 to the present look with pictures of the town's attractions above ceramic tiles. The clock tower was gifted to the people of Swan Hill by the late R.D.Elliott, Chairman of the local newspaper group
The tower is approx 10m tall and the clock faces on the four sides have white dials with black hands and hour indicators
