Old city hall building located in downtown Rome. The building was constructed in 1894, and housed municipal offices until the late 1970's when the New City Hall was opened. During the intervening years, the building housed several agencies before sitting vacant as of 2012.
Current plans call for conversion of the interior to apartments, while the building retains its original exterior.
