Pioneer Park is the largest public park in the area and is located on Ponderosa Avenue near 4th Street. The tennis courts are located near the lakeside.

Kaleden is a small community with approximately 1.200 residents. The tennis court are enclosed and are in good condition. The town of Kaleden cares for the park including the counts.
They are two courts and lighting is provided. The surface is smooth concrete.
Pioneer Park offers sandy public beaches bordering Skaha Lake. You can float raft on the lake and there are also tennis courts, BBQ areas, basketball courts, children's playground and enjoy a picnic under large trees. Public washrooms are also available. There is an easy access from the park to the Kettle Valley walking and biking trail.
