"CASINO - Memorial services for Michael Dean Casino, 55, will be held Monday, June 2, 2003 11:00 am at Ft. Caroline Baptist Church with Reverend Richard Powell officiating. Mr. Casino died Thursday, May 29, 2003 in a Tallahassee hospital. He was a native of Orlando, Florida and resident of Jacksonville, Mr. Casino graduated from Fletcher High School in 1966 and attended one year of college. He was a member of the Professional Bowlers Association (PBA) and was an avid fisherman. Preceded in death by a brother Charles Casino in 1971, survivors include his wife, Evelyn Casino; three sons, Brian, Jeffery, and Stephen Casino; one daughter, Celeste Lyle; one brother, Daniel (Rosa) Casino; three sisters, Theresa (Michael) Richmond, Diane (Don) Rhodes and Patricia Casino, three grandchildren; mother and father, Daniel and Joy Casino. The family will receive friends at Arlington Park Funeral Home on Sunday, June 1, 2003 from 4:00PM until 6:00PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Ft. Caroline Baptist Church Building Fund."
