"If you receive a traffic infraction in the town of Preble, please follow these instructions:
The first step is to mail your plea into the Court at PO Box 206 Preble, NY 13141.
Section A is a Guilty Plea...Judge will simply set your fine and send you notification through the mail of that fine...
Section B is a Not Guilty plea. If you make a Not Guilty Plea, you will be mailed instructions to write to the Assistant District Attorney for a pre-trial conference and given an adjournment to do so... If you do not accept the offer given, you would need to request a trial from the Court."
