Built in honor of Dr. Tomas Malcolm Blake, MD (July 18, 1917 - August 26, 1989).
This building built in honor of Dr. Thomas Malcolm Blake in recognition for long and tireless service to the people of Winston, Cullman, and Marion Counties as a doctor to the people from July 1, 1943 to August 26, 1989.
