As I have encountered with several other bells, this one is extremely sparse on markings. All it has is on the supports, and that is the simple notation:

There are no other markings on the supports, the yoke, or the bell body.
It can be wrung two different ways: one is by rocking it using the wheel and an optional rope attached thereto (none on this particular bell), or by pulling the bracket of the other clapper which, I believe, is used for emergency situations. A medium-height person can easily reach up and activate the second clapper as I did (just once!), and should be able to also reach the wheel.
