Hours of Operations
• The Park is open to the public daily from 5:00 AM until 10:00 PM.
Rules and Regulations
All individuals and groups when entering the Park grounds shall comply with all laws of the United States,
the State of Alabama, the Town of Beaverton, and all the rules and regulations pertaining to the Park.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• No alcoholic beverages allowed in the Park.
• No tobacco use allowed beyond the parking lot.
• Do not deface, write upon, or damage any structure or tree in the Park.
• No four wheelers, bicycles, skates, or skate boards allowed in the Park.
• Dogs must be on a leash at all times and we ask that you please clean up after your pets.
• There shall be no firearms, hunting, fishing, or use of fireworks in the Park.
• No horses or any other animal may be ridden in the Park.
• Motor vehicles are not allowed inside the Park and are to be parked only in the provided areas.
• Only fires in barbecue pits or grills are allowed.
• Do not throw trash, retaining rock, or other other objects into the stream.
• Do not climb on any fence, railing, tree, stream bank, or use any structure within the Park for other than the
purpose it was intended.
• Visitors are prohibited from cutting flowers, removing any plants, or other property from the Park.
• Boisterous, indecent, or vulgar language will not be tolerated.
• All trash or garbage should be placed in the provided receptacles before yo leave.
