This sculpture is located in the median of Santa Monica Blvd. in West Hollywood.
It is comprised of a structure that resembles two small adders leading to a series of stacked chairs. A figure resembling a human sits at the top balancing a bar with red circles at the ends. The ladders also have larger bars and red circles.
The sign reads:
