In Augusta, along Water Street, is 300 Water Street, which has, near the top, a block with the date, 1904.
The building is on the west side of the road, set by itself. To the north is the intersection of Water Street and Winthrop Street.
The building is a three-story light brick building with green awning. There are two doors - one to the restaurant and one on the far right to the other floors. Above the third floor center window, is a triangular block with the date.
