This barber pole is mounted inside the shop of Papa Joe and Son. It is matched by an identical pole on the street side marquee sign. The concrete pillar in front of the shop has also been painted as a pole. The pole operates and has a silver top an bottom. Papa Joe was pleased to point out that he had painted the front post personally.
