Constructed in 1927 as the Masonic home for Lambskin Lodge No. 460 A.F. and A.M.. The build was designed by architects J. A. Prahl and Ed Nolte in a Art Deco style. The building remained vacant for many years after the Masons left the building but has now been converted to apartments.
