Benchmark set by U.S. Geological Survey in 1977. The benchmark is located along F.S. Rd. 2016 about 30 feet west of the road centerline about 0.1 miles south of F.S. Rd. 2016800. The cap is set in a ledge of welded tuff. There is no record in the NGS data base and the benchmark does not show on the Evans Well topo quad.
