It may be typical elsewhere, but in my neck of the woods it is not typical for a playground to have its own name. A park, yes; but a playground -- they usually just share the name of the park: "The playground at Such And So Park". But this one is in memory of a pastor and his wife. An extensive web search turned up no obituary or grave records (not even in FindAGrave), but the couple and the park are mentioned in a Carroll County News article from January 2011.
