Small park located on the south side of SR 69 in the town of Camden. The park consists of a central memorial wall with pavers leading up to and surrounding the base flower beds.
There are several monuments nearby, dedicated to specific Veterans groups. The are: Vietnam, Korea and The Fallen in Afghanistan and Iraq.
The Wall itself is devoid of any text other than Freedom Park.

Description of Memorial: Small parkette located on the south side of SR 69 in the Town of Camden. The Memorial consists of a convex stone wall led up to and surrounded by pavers in remembrance of specific veterans and their families, and various civic groups.
There are several stone markers near the wall denoting various wars that local veterans have been involved in.
A flag pole is centered behind the wall.
