This headstone clearly depicts the occupation of James Earl Cooper (6 August 1934 to 7 October 2010) and his wife Myrna Margery (b. 19 October 1944, still living at the time of this waymark posting); namely: their family farm near Shell Knob in Barry County, Missouri. The depiction is beautifully rendered on the back side of the headstone with, what appears to be, both etching and paint, covered by a clear coat to keep it visible for many years. Farming is a hard, but enjoyable life's work.
