Wurstfest always starts on the first Friday in November. A unique celebration rich in German culture and full of Texas fun. Admission is for the entire day. If you wish to leave the grounds and return later that same day you need to have your hand stamped at the gate. Kids 12 and under are admitted free. Parking is $10.00 in lots near the entrance but you can park away for free and ride a shuttle for free. You have to purchase tokens for carnival rides and food/drinks. Tokens are $1.00 and it takes six tokens for a beer.

Wurstfest opens on weekdays at 5 pm, Saturdays and Sundays at 11 am. Closing times vary: 9:30pm Sun-Wed; 11:30pm Thur-Fri; and 12:30pm on Saturday.
