This bell tower consists of a group of white steel beams with four gold colored bells hanging from the top. Atop the bells is a tall cross. Below the bells are speakers hidden behind wire mesh. As the bells appear to be fixed, the speakers presumably sound the notes. The church with this free standing bell tower are all that remains of an early retirement community named Velda Rose. The tower, to the level of the bells, is approximately 40 feet tall.
