The clock is situated near to the top of Faro Cathedral bell tower, below four bells.

The clock is on the side of the tower facing the main cathedral square.
The clock face is cream coloured with black inscriptions. The time is indicated with hands pointing to Roman Numerals separated by diamond shapes.
There is an inscription at the top of the middle of the clock that was partly obscured at the time the photo was taken, and at the bottom is a date of 1803.
It is possible to visit inside the cathedral for 3 Euros, which also gives access to the tower. The workings of the clock are visible through a glass window.
