It has 8 bells all situated on the outside walls of the cathedral tower.
The cathedral can be visited for a fee of 3 Euros which includes access to the bell tower. It is a relatively small bell tower for a Cathedral, but still gives a good view over the city and the coast.
The bells can be seen from very close up whilst on the tower and cast on the bells can be seen a figure of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary, to whom the cathedral is dedicated.
